Cancellation/No show Policy

At Inner Bloom Psychiatry, we value your time and make every effort to be available when you need us. In return, we ask that you respect our scheduling policies so we can continue providing timely care to all patients.

 

Appointment Changes

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting.

 

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee

• Appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $70 fee.

• This fee is not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility.

 

Why This Policy Matters

 

Consistent attendance is important for your treatment progress. Missed appointments also take away valuable time that could be offered to another patient in need.

 

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen. If you believe you were unable to attend for reasons beyond your control, please reach out to us—we will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
